The IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department houses the GPFP Secretariat, and values its longstanding partnerships with the international community of donors and capacity development providers. The GPFP provides this community a critical forum for coordination.

As of late 2025, our development partners include Belgium, Denmark, the European Union, France, Germany, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Republic of Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Some of these donor partners also support Fiscal Affairs Department capacity development in other ways, such as through major bilateral fiscal projects and the IMF’s 17 regional capacity development centers.
